Setup for Integrated Help under Lazarus
---------------------------------------
For the Integrated Help to work, the fpGUIHelpIntegration package has been
setup to find the help in the /docs/html directory.
Installation:
---------------
1) Open fpGUIHelpIntegration.lpk package with Lazarus.
2) Click Compile
3) Click Install
