extras: Updated "new project types" package for Lazarus IDE integration
I've updated the existing package that registers a fpGUI Application
project type. I've added a new project type that uses fpGUI+Agg2D as
well. Very useful for those quick demos or tests.
Copied from the 'develop' branch.
