rm: disallow --n alias for --no-preserve-root
* src/rm.c (main): Ensure the full --no-preserve-root
option is specified, rather than allowing --n etc.
* tests/rm/r-root.sh: Add a test case.
* NEWS: Mention the change in behavior.
