tests: remove duplicate fiemap-perf test
* tests/cp/fiemap-perf: Copy block-comparing code from sparse-fiemap.
* tests/cp/sparse-fiemap: The same test was here, alongside a much
more involved test. Remove it, now that it is in its own file.
