id: avoid race when a group is added between getgrouplist calls
* gl/lib/mgetgroups.c (mgetgroups) [N_GROUPS_INIT]: Rename enum.
Use a larger value.
Update *groups only upon success.
Iterate upon failed getgrouplist.
