di-set: manipulate sets of dev/inode pairs efficiently
* gl/lib/di-set.c: Implementation.
* gl/lib/di-set.h: Declarations.
* gl/modules/di-set: Define module.
* gl/modules/di-set-tests: Define test module.
* gl/tests/test-di-set.c: Likewise.
