Attempt rmdir (actually, unlinkat-with-AT_REMOVEDIR) upon any
fd_to_subdirp failure, not just when errno == EACCES.
* src/remove.c (remove_dir): Use unlinkat-with-AT_REMOVEDIR, not
rmdir, here, even though rmdir may happen to be adequate.
