sort: add new option --files0-from=F
* src/sort.c: Support new option.
* tests/misc/sort-files0-from: Test new option.
* tests/misc/Makefile.am: Indicate new test.
* docs/coreutils.texi: Explain new option.
* NEWS: Advertise new option.
