Allow hard links to symlinks on systems that support it.
(STAT_LIKE_LINK): Define.
(do_link): Use STAT_LIKE_LINK, rather than bare `stat', and perform
the extra lstat only on systems where LINK_FOLLOWS_SYMLINKS.
