build: make distcheck rules use --enable-gcc-warnings
* dist-check.mk (warn_cflags): Remove definition, now that it's
been subsumed by --enable-gcc-warnings.
(my-distcheck): Use configure with --enable-gcc-warnings and remove
use of $(warn_cflags).
