tests: remove directory, tests/tail/
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Remove tests/tail/Makefile. * tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove tail. * tests/misc/tail: New file, with tests from... * tests/tail/Test.pm: ...here. Remove file.
