(cleanup): Don't exit.
(cleanup_fatal): New function. Call cleanup, then exit.
(sighandler): New function.
(cleanup_fatal): Renamed from cleanup. Call cleanup, then exit.
Update callers.
(tac_stdin): Set up sighandler as signal handler, not `cleanup'.
