Subject: (svn r7557) -Fix: [OSX] FS#463 libfontconfig not present on OSX by
 default   By adding CUSTOM_FONTCONFIG flag to the Makefile (not
 Makefile.config) to overwrite default locations of this library   This allows
 static linking
