A few little cleanups here and there.

Among which, tiles area now read m1..m6, while the bits are always enumerated from 7 to 0 Hoping it will stay that way...
2007-02-27(svn r8935) -Codechange: unification of track type between road and rail ↵rubidium
tiles, unification of ground type between normal rail tiles and depots/waypoints and removing the need for RailTileSubType.

2007-01-02(svn r7773) -(r7759) Update MSVC documentation for (mainly) VS2003 users ↵Darkvater
(needs special human intervention to work because MS decided to use some completely braindead user-datafile that you can't edit outside the development environment)
2007-01-02(svn r7759) -Merge: makefile rewrite. This merge features:rubidium
- A proper ./configure, so everything needs to be configured only once, not for every make. - Usage of makedepend when available. This greatly reduces the time needed for generating the dependencies. - A generator for all project files. There is a single file with sources, which is used to generate Makefiles and the project files for MSVC. - Proper support for OSX universal binaries. - Object files for non-MSVC compiles are also placed in separate directories, making is faster to switch between debug and release compiles and it does not touch the directory with the source files. - Functionality to make a bundle of all needed files for for example a nightly or distribution of a binary with all needed GRFs and language files. Note: as this merge moves almost all files, it is recommended to make a backup of your working copy before updating your working copy.

2006-12-28(svn r7588) -Change: [OSX] removed the flag JAGUAR since it didn't work anywaybjarni
Also removed all the Makefile code regarding this flag since it's no longer needed Removed documentation about special limitations regarding running the game on OSX 10.2 OpenTTD now officially needs OSX 10.3.9 to work correctly (the trunk needed that for months)
2006-12-27(svn r7573) -Merged the bridge branch. Allows to build bridges of arbitrary ↵celestar
rail/road combinations (including signals)
