Subject: tests: don't hide all trace of the vc_exe_in_TESTS test

There was a non-negligible delay after running a single test.
Now, you'll know why when you see this test's name.
* tests/check.mk (vc_exe_in_TESTS): Don't @-hide commands.
Use $(AM_V_GEN) instead.
