Discovered by Cristian Cadar, Daniel Dunbar and Dawson Engler, reported in http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnu.coreutils.bugs/13501 * NEWS: Mention the bug fix. * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add misc/tac. * tests/misc/tac: New file.
