(sighandler): New function, based on the one in sort.c.
(main): Use sigaction, if possible; otherwise signal.
Handle these signals:
SIGHUP, SIGINT, SIGPIPE, SIGQUIT, SIGTERM, SIGTSTP.
Don't register our handler if the signal is already being ignored.
