* configure.ac: Add --enable-gcc-warnings, derived from code in bison.
* src/Makefile.am (AM_CFLAGS): Set to $(WARN_CFLAGS) # $(WERROR_CFLAGS)
* lib/Makefile.am (AM_CFLAGS): Change spelling to $(WARN_CFLAGS)
Don't use $(WERROR_CFLAGS), yet.
