(xalloc_die): Remove.
(memory_full) [!defined emacs]: New macro.
[!defined emacs]: Don't include xalloc.h.
(alloca): Invoke memory_full, not xalloc_die, if malloc fails or
address arithmetic overflows. Change datatypes a bit to avoid
unnecessary casts.
