(ME): Reflect rename. (makefile-check, m4-check, author_mark_check, msg): Use $(ME) rather than hard-coded name. * Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Distribute renamed files. * .x-sc_file_system: Remove Makefile.maint along with others.
