tests: adjust memory limits in head-c.sh
* tests/misc/head-c.sh: Further increase the limit, to account
for the fact that head(1) needs at least 1.576MB over the base test
command on FreeBSD 10. 4MB should be enough headroom while
still providing over allocation protection.
