Use mktemp, not mkdtemp, to create test directories.
* tests/test-lib.sh: Use the mktemp binary we've just built,
not the mkdtemp script.
* tests/mkdtemp: Remove file.
* tests/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove mkdtemp.
