tests: sync and update wc and du --files0-from tests
* tests/du/files0-from: Sync from tests/misc/wc-files0-from. (minus-in-minus): New test. Adjust for new diagnostics. * tests/misc/wc-files0-from: Adjust for new diagnostics.
