tests: avoid file name not portable to cygwin
* tests/misc/chroot-fail: Use 'no_such', not '...', since cygwin
1.5 silently strips trailing dots.
* tests/misc/nice-fail: Likewise.
* tests/misc/stdbuf: Likewise.
* tests/misc/timeout-parameters: Likewise.
