Test for today's gnulib/lib/getcwd.c fix affecting pwd and readlink
* NEWS: Mention the bug fix.
* tests/misc/pwd-unreadable-parent: New file.
* tests/misc/Makefile.am (TESTS): Ad pwd-unreadable-parent.
