tests: remove directory, tests/join/
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Remove tests/join/Makefile. * tests/misc/join: New file, with tests from... * tests/join/Test.pm: ...here. Remove file. * tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove definition.
