du: ignore directory cycles due to bind mounts
* src/du.c (process_file): Treat cycles due to bind mounts
like cycles due to following symlinks.
* tests/du/bind-mount-dir-cycle.sh: Adjust accordingly.
* NEWS: Mention the change in behavior.
