Test the new feature: cp -p preserves the GID whenever possible.
* tests/cp/preserve-gid: New file. Test for today's change.
* tests/cp/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add preserve-gid.
* tests/Makefile.am (all_t): Add tc.
(tc): New target.
