now that the last of the mk-script-using tests is gone...
* tests/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove Makefile.am.in and mk-script.
Move/adjust SUBDIRS-related comments.
* tests/Makefile.am.in: Remove file, no longer used.
* tests/mk-script: Likewise.
* bootstrap: Remove coreutils-specific SUBDIRS-related code.
