* tests/envvar-check (vars): Add CDPATH and POSIXLY_CORRECT.
* tests/Makefile.am (evar-check): Remove rule.
(EXTRA_DIST): Remove .env-warn.
* tests/.env-warn: Remove file. No longer used.
