cut: add the -z,--zero-terminated option
* doc/coreutils.texi (cut invocation): Reference the description.
* src/cut.c: Parameterize '\n' references.
* tests/misc/cut.pl: Add tests for character and field processing.
* NEWS: Mention the new feature.
