maint: convert `...' to '...' in --help output
All affected lines end with \ or \n\, so run this command until it produces no new changes (4 times): git grep -E -l '`[^ ]+'\''.*\\' src \ |xargs perl -pi -e 's/`([^ ]+'\''.*\\)/'\''$1/'
