* src/ls.c (AUTHORS): Likewise.
* src/rm.c (AUTHORS): Likewise.
* src/uniq.c (AUTHORS): Likewise.
* src/cut.c (AUTHORS): Use David M. Ihnat's middle initial.
* AUTHORS: Update to match.
