Enable use of gnulib's new fchdir module.
* bootstrap.conf (avoided_gnulib_modules): Avoid canonicalize-lgpl,
since we use canonicalize.
(gnulib_modules): Add fchdir.
* m4/jm-macros.m4 (coreutils_MACROS): Remove fchdir-stub.
