Include "file-type.h".
(canonicalize_filename_mode): New function, based on canonicalize_file_name, supports three canonicalize modes. (canonicalize_file_name) [!HAVE_CANONICALIZE_FILE_NAME && !HAVE_RESOLVEPATH]: Use it.
