(rpl_chown) [CHOWN_FAILS_TO_HONOR_ID_OF_NEGATIVE_ONE]:
Wrap old code with this conditional. [CHOWN_MODIFIES_SYMLINK]: Try to work around a chown function that does not dereference symlinks.
