head, tail: make --help less ambiguous
* src/head.c (usage): Use -n K, not -n N, to avoid confusion. * src/tail.c (usage): Likewise. * doc/coreutils.texi (head invocation, tail invocation): Likewise. Reported by Christophe Lyon.
