maint: get rid of obsolete script 'cvsu'
It was useful only back when coreutils used CVS as its version
control system.
* build-aux/cvsu: Delete.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove it.
* cfg.mk: Remove the two exemptions for this removed file.
