mkdir -Z x d: don't segfault when diagnosing invalid context "x" (tiny change)
* src/mkdir.c (main): Use "scontext", not NULL optarg in diagnostic.
Reported by Cristian Cadar, Daniel Dunbar and Dawson Engler.
* NEWS: Mention the bug fix.
