(BLOCK_SIZE_OPTION): Remove; no longer needed now that we have 'B'.
(long_options, usage, main): Add -B.
(usage): Deprecate --kilobytes, -m, --megabytes.
Document size suffixes.
(print_header, show_dev): Enlarge column widths for trailing "B".
