id,groups: use gidtostr/uidtostr to avoid casts
* src/id.c (gidtostr, uidtostr): Define macros.
(gidtostr_ptr, uidtostr_ptr): Define safer functions.
Use gidtostr and uidtostr to print GID and UID without
need/risk of casts.
* src/group-list.c: Likewise.
