The paper is the right way to get started. After that, read the code \- the code really is quite straightforward. Feel free to make changes to it. Experiment. No claims of completeness are made. (In fact, I can assure you that there are missing pieces - there are things in CGI that I find utterly useless so I didn't bother to support them.)
